Johnston House

Johnston House is a residential development designed by Cordero Architecture in Newburgh, New York. The design features floral boxes, over-sized windows, and an energy efficient building system.

Floral boxes nod to nearby Downing Park and add texture to the building facade. A side entry door preserves the controlled composition of the street front and allows for inclusive tenancy, where dwellers can enter by stair or ramp.
