Cordero Architecture renovates an existing Brooklyn townhouse with contemporary finishes and a luxurious dark toned facade.

Luxurious dark tone bricks were used to revitalize this existing townhouse facade. The subtle sheen radiating off of the bricks are enhanced by the coal trim at the windows and new contemporary cornice.

 A muted palette brings focus to the resident’s collection of artwork. Custom millwork allowed the small spaces typically found in a Brooklyn townhouse to become open spaces to cook and entertain.
