Cordero Architecture is a design firm creating thoughtful spaces to increase value and elevate moments in our day to day.
Each project comes with its own unique restraints. We pride ourselves in our ability to overcome these restraints through rigorous research into the surrounding community, experimentation with new building practices, and imaginative uses of materials.
Manuel Cordero is a native of Queens, New York. He began developing his construction expertise as an architect working on complex projects ranging from interior renovations for major corporate headquarters to luxury residential designs throughout the United States. He has worked for Kohn Pedersen Fox, WeWork, and Brandon Haw Architecture.
Architectural services include Programming, Zoning Analysis, Site Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Management, and Visualizations (Rendering, Branding, and other Marketing Materials).
